Intergenerational Program

Creating meaningful connections between children and older generations.

At Keen Kiddies, we believe children learn best through connection, community and shared experiences. Our Intergenerational Program gives children the opportunity to build warm, meaningful relationships with older generations while developing confidence, empathy and a sense of belonging.

Connection
Children build warm relationships with older generations through shared stories, activities and everyday moments.
Confidence
The program supports children’s communication, social skills and sense of belonging.
Community
Children learn the value of care, kindness and connection within the wider community.
Speech and language support

Keen Kiddies has a strong partnership with Hills District Speech Therapy, with therapist Sophie visiting weekly to support children’s communication skills. We also conduct annual speech screenings to help identify children who may benefit from extra support, giving every child the opportunity to build confidence and thrive.
